Senior Retirement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Retirement Specialist. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing a team, training, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Complex 401K transactions require in-depth analysis and meticulous execution.
- Audits necessitate thorough examination and verification of financial data.
- Client handling demands exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
With 8+ years of experience in roles such as Process Lead or similar, you will possess excellent correction (adjustment) processing experience and a strong understanding of ASPPA RPF principles. A graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for leadership, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in retirement planning.
- Correction (adjustment) processing experience, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- ASPPA RPF knowledge is essential, as it directly impacts our clients' financial well-being.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes annual salaries between ₹10–13 LPA. Please note that immediate joiners are required to work night shifts (US Shift – 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM).
