Lead Store Operations Manager
As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store operations. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our store management team, driving excellence in customer service, sales performance, and overall store experience.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure store operations align with pre-defined standards, maintaining a high level of compliance and adherence to guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for optimal product availability.
- Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring visually appealing and on-brand product displays and store layouts.
- Track transactions and budgets for store operations, meeting cost-effectiveness and financial targets.
- Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.
- Enhance Customer Experience:
- Enhance overall customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution through implemented processes.
- Provide outstanding in-store customer experience, including product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution, fostering customer loyalty.
- Monitor and evaluate store operations success using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior management.
- Lead Retail Staff:
- Lead retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback for high customer service and sales effectiveness.
- Anchor trainings as required for team member development on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Collaborate with central functions to maintain integration of in-store and online operations.
