Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive enterprise growth.

About the Role:

  • This position entails developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying key industries and market segments for expansion.
  • The ideal candidate will establish and maintain relationships with major corporations, drive sales initiatives, and ensure delivery of tailored solutions.
  • A strong background in B2B sales, with experience in fintech/payment, gift voucher, loyalty, retail, e-commerce, etc., is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  2. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years of successful experience in B2B and enterprise sales within fintech/payment, gift voucher, loyalty, retail, e-commerce, etc.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
