Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive customer engagement and loyalty initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to increase app usage, retention rates, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing gamification-led experiences, driving referral programs, creating engagement models, identifying and implementing loyalty frameworks, leveraging behavioral data, and conceptualizing automated engagement journeys.

Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to implement in-app features that reinforce engagement, conduct A/B experiments to optimize lifecycle touchpoints, and explore brand partnerships that offer mutual value.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by increasing returning user base, improving app re-engagement rates, and driving feature repeatability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous BFSI and fintech exposure
  • 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, or product marketing, preferably in fintech, D2C, or consumer apps
  • Strong understanding of fintech consumer motivations, especially in underserved or first-time credit segments
  • Proficiency in analyzing user journey data to define product affinity, intent segments, and retention triggers
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, Mixpanel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Design, and Content teams to deliver seamless execution
