Content Associate - Community Building

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Associate - Community Building. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with users.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with users, scaling daily active users on the app, and implementing strategies for the upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users.
  • Scale daily active users on the app.
  • Implement strategies for the upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the ecosystem.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of regional culture and language.
  • Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects.

This role operates six days a week.
