Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Specialist to collaborate with our team on conceptualizing and designing brand campaigns for clients across various industries.

  • Develop innovative brand campaign concepts that meet client requirements
  • Participate in client calls to understand needs and translate them into compelling design ideas
  • Create engaging visual content, including bottle labels, campaign mockups, and activation materials
  • Contribute to the development of campaign narratives, pitch decks, and creative strategies
  • Aid in refining our company's brand identity and design voice as we scale

Prior experience in graphic design, brand design, or campaign work is required. A portfolio showcasing both social media work and brand/graphic design projects is essential.

The ideal candidate has proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop), Canva, and an openness to experimenting with tools like Midjourney. Strong attention to detail, particularly in type, layout, and storytelling through design, is also necessary.

This role involves working on real brand campaigns with paying clients, not just hypothetical social media posts.
