About the Opportunity
Our company is seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS. They should have a proven track record of shipping both B2C products and B2B platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end design across mobile, web, and dashboards, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions of users. They will also be responsible for simplifying complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users, translating AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces, and defining, building, and evolving design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive, and proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar). They should also be familiar with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar) and have a strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices.

We are looking for someone who is able to balance strategic thinking with execution, has excellent collaboration and communication skills in distributed teams, and is empathetic towards emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users.

Requirements
  • 8–12 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS)
  • Proven track record shipping both B2C products (consumer-facing apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems)
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery
