The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Customer Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customer requests using our proprietary platforms.
You will focus on providing quality support through effective task triaging and resolution, driving satisfactory customer experiences.
This role involves executing, monitoring, and continuously improving delivery management and service-related tasks, aligning with customer contractual terms and success criteria.
You will also work closely with our teams to implement process automation using tools like R, Python, or Excel Macros, and explore opportunities for AI/ML implementation.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic environment, working closely with stakeholders and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Triaging customer queries and requests across markets and customer category groups
- Tracking actions for improvement as needed
- Working closely with NielsenIQ teams for customer setup and maintenance on coding and database tasks
- Executing process automation using tools like R, Python, or Excel Macros
- Exploring opportunities for AI/ML implementation
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Analyst, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
- Experience with R, Python, or AI/ML is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
- Excellent organization skills, meeting deadlines, and teamwork
- Project management aptitude, including critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving, and attention to detail
