Lead Operations Manager for Property and Casualty

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Operations Manager to oversee our Property & Casualty back office operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international insurance or mortgage processes and a proven track record of managing complex operations and leading teams.
This role requires strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for analytical thinking.
- Oversee and manage back-office operations, specializing in Property & Casualty, insurance, or mortgage processes.
- Optimize complex operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Apply analytical and logical processes to resolve issues and enhance service quality.
- Make informed decisions to ensure smooth operations.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 12 years of overall experience in international operations.
- At least 2 years of on-paper experience as a Deputy Manager or Operations Manager.
- Experience in P&C, insurance, or mortgage domains, or have managed complex processes.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and logical processes.
- A graduate degree is required.
