Deputy Operations Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Deputy Operations Manager to lead our Property & Casualty Back Office operations.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international insurance or mortgage processes and a proven track record of managing complex operations and leading teams. This role requires strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and a knack for analytical thinking.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee back-office operations specializing in Property & Casualty, insurance, or mortgage processes.
  2. Manage and optimize complex operational workflows.
  3. Apply strong analytical and logical processes to enhance efficiency and resolve issues.
  4. Make informed decisions to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
  5. Guide and mentor team members with a focus on operational excellence.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of overall experience in international operations.
  • At least 2 years of on-paper experience as a Deputy Manager or Operations Manager.
  • Must have experience in P&C, insurance, or mortgage domains or have managed complex processes.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in handling complex processes.
  • Strong understanding of analytical and logical processes.
  • Education: A graduate degree is required.


Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA.
  • Work Schedule: US shifts.
  • Transport: One-side cab facility is provided.
