Job Title: Senior Ecommerce Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead and deliver high-impact ecommerce initiatives in the retail domain.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong full-stack development background, deep understanding of retail operations, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of ecommerce projects including web, mobile, and backend systems.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on full-stack architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, databases) and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
  • Agile Execution: Lead agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives; ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
