Ecommerce Product Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Product Lead to define and manage the product roadmap for our eCommerce features.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that drives business growth and revenue through data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features that meet customer needs.
- Prioritize features using market research, user feedback, and business requirements while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall product team's best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
- Familiarity with ecommerce-related products and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
