Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead our ecommerce operations across major marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listings and Inventory Management: Oversee the management of product listings and inventory across various ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • FBA and Dark Stores Shipments: Manage FBA and dark stores shipments and inventory, optimizing logistics and supply chain processes for improved efficiency.
  • Product Optimization: Analyze and optimize product listings to improve visibility and ranking, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Keyword Performance and Marketplace Rankings: Monitor and analyze keyword performance and marketplace rankings, making data-driven decisions to enhance online presence.
  • Content and Promotional Calendar: Develop and manage a monthly content and promotional calendar, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or business management from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge in apparel and home furnishings categories is highly desirable.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our ecommerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, shipping, and logistics. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are essential for this role, as you will be expected to optimize strategies and improve our online presence.
