Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Coordinator based in Noida. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing online sales channels, handling customer service inquiries, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to improve online sales performance. The role also includes coordinating with different teams for seamless e-commerce operations and ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for customers.

- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and tools
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in Sales strategies and implementation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or retail industry is a plus
