Drive Business Growth & Excellence in P&C Insurance Division

As a Senior Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance division.

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive profitability and market share growth in the P&C insurance division.
  2. Operational Effectiveness: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery through streamlined processes and systems.
  3. Business Development Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the division's footprint and revenue streams.
  4. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  5. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  6. Financial Performance: Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to ensure the division meets its financial goals and objectives.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a strong reputation and risk management posture.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in the P&C insurance industry, in a senior leadership role is required.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex operations.
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, market trends, and regulatory environment.
- At least 13+ Years of experience required.

- Industry-specific certifications or qualifications
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
