In this role, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the P&C insurance division.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the division's footprint.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to ensure the division meets its financial goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Experience in the P&C insurance industry, in a senior leadership role is a must have.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex operations.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, market trends, and regulatory environment.
- At least 13+ Years of experience required
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Industry-specific certifications or qualifications
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
