Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to provide high-quality support on key HR processes and transactions enterprise-wide. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, reliable answers to employees and people managers, and execute efficient processes resulting in consistent data and insights.

The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as the initial point of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests. They will engage to determine the scope of need, work to resolve issues, and direct to resources to escalate issues when necessary.

The successful candidate will find opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives within their assigned scope of work, propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to employees and people leaders, and support enterprise HR transactional work.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests.
  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives within assigned scope of work.
  • Support enterprise HR transactional work.
  • Support employees via written case work and through phone calls.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and some outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
  • Answer incoming calls from employees.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs with exceptional outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use a PC as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other human capital management software.
