We are looking for a highly skilled Pre Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in reservations, real estate, or tele-sales is an asset.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for prospects, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport.
- Qualify leads through thorough understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value.
- Proactively manage inbound calls, work on enquiries via form submissions, and maintain a clean CRM.
- Identify business prospects, assign them to the sales team, and ensure proper lead qualification.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to suggest improvements and adapt to process changes.
- Prepare smart sales reports and spot opportunities to enhance our sales process.
