Job Description:
The Role of Team Lead is to ensure that the team has the right tools, capabilities, and motivation to deliver and outperform set targets in the retail market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing business plans
- Design and monitor individual and team sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Responsible for maintaining Market Opportunity Plan (MOP) in the state/territory
- Should be able to counter extreme environmental challenges to business growth strategy
- Responsible for Joint Business Planning (JUBP) and delivery of Business Objectives for Group Outlets/Large Accounts
- Responsible for Review/Assessment of Channel Partner against Business Objectives
- Work closely with Channel Partner in developing strategy for segmented coverage - Channel or Category based
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Sales & Marketing (Tier 1/Tier 2), experience in handling distributors and retailers in an aggressive market environment, team handling skills, business acumen, and effective communication skills.
