About the Role

This is a full-time position based in calling and explaining clients to attend workshops for training. Our database will be provided, and you will work six days a week. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and generating new leads through online and offline channels;
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
  • Reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels;
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team;
  • Maintaining a database of leads and updating information regularly;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns;
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field;
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software;
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary

Rupees 7.5 lakh - 10 lakh per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
