Job Description

Job Summary:
  • We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can effectively manage relationships with parents, promote our school's USPs, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:Primary Objectives:
  • Maintain and develop parent-organization relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure timely resolution of parent queries, complaints, and issues, adhering to agreed-upon standards and timelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance parent engagement, improve sales conversions, and increase revenue growth.
  • Manage admission registration, maintain accurate records, and generate necessary reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs and ensure seamless communication.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Train and coach the RE cell team on new USPs, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Provide actionable feedback, inspire motivation, and encourage performance improvement among team members.
  • Stay updated on the latest education industry trends, news, and market developments to enhance team knowledge and stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, preferably with prior sales experience in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and result-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, admission data management, and marketing initiatives.
Estimated Salary:

₹ 8.5 Lakhs - ₹ 12 Lakhs per annum (based on location and experience).
