Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter - Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our recruitment strategy, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our recruitment strategy to attract top talent
  • SOURCE AND SCREEN candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our company
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our process and improve results
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in attracting top talent and improving time-to-hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
