About the Role
This full-time on-site position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to handle phone etiquette, administrative tasks, communication, and office equipment management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone support and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Manage office equipment and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Cultivate excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with team members and clients.
Requirements
