Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at proMX.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential prospects using LinkedIn and other sales tools to generate outbound lead opportunities;
  • Manage, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities;
  • Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs;
  • Promote proMX's value proposition to potential customers;
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies for online and offline events and campaigns.

Communication:

  • Develop strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication, including phone calls, emails, and meetings;
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop cooperative working relationships;
  • Provide accurate and timely information to project managers and senior management;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to maintain expertise in B2B sales and CRM systems.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a strong understanding of proMX's products and services to facilitate the sales process;

Requirements:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in prospecting and lead generation;
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or cloud-based platforms;
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Sales;
  • Collaborative work experience within a combined sales and marketing team.

Skills:

  • Practical experience with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Conscientious, hardworking, and driven to improve sales performance;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Highly proficient in English language, especially speaking, listening, and writing skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits, bonuses, and career advancement opportunities.
