We have partnered with major steel manufacturers in India, including Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), JSW Steel Ltd. (JSW), and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL-VSP).
About the RoleThe Sales Head - Operations will oversee daily activities related to business development, customer relationships, team nurturing, escalation handling, and serving as a crucial link between departments.
This position plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain key relationships with major B2C & B2B clients & partners.
- Manage escalations and guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Create and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and reports to track performance against targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance, and other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide high-level client support for end-users, responding promptly to inquiries and technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Negotiation skills.

- Troubleshooting abilities.
We offer a competitive salary range estimated to be around 30-40 Lakh INR per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances.
