We are seeking an Internal Audit Executive to join our team at Nirav Kotecha & Co. Chartered Accountants in Borivali.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of operations, ensuring effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of key business processes, including O2C, P2P, HR payroll, production, and legal statutory compliances.
  • Analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc., to inform audit findings.
  • Plan and delegate work for the team and self, based on requirement and risk assessment.
  • Monitor management's interventions through follow-up audits.

Knowledge Skill Set

  • IT system operations and maintenance
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with Accounting Standards, Ind AS, Auditing Standards, and Internal auditing standards
  • Supporting team development and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Understanding control rationalization, optimization, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

This role involves occasional travel to Palghar, approximately once a week. Estimated Salary Range: ₹ 15,000-25,000 per month.
