Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically lead the entire collections process, including follow-ups, dispute resolution, and payment recovery, ensuring seamless financial operations.
• Oversee the timely processing of payments from various sources, guaranteeing accurate reconciliation and optimal cash flow management.
• Closely monitor working capital and implement effective cash flow strategies to drive business growth.
• Spearhead the accurate and timely generation of invoices and credit notes, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Develop and execute annual budgets and forecasts, providing insightful financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable financial reports to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure efficient stock movement and optimize logistics.
• Oversee the operations of our Customs Freight Station (CNF) and distribution network, streamlining global trade.
• Regularly track and follow up with project teams to settle advances, ensuring prompt financial closure.
• Design, implement, and monitor robust financial systems, procedures, and internal controls to support efficient operation.
