Customer Success Role Overview
We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building relationships with clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our product/services, and driving retention and growth.
The CSM will act as the trusted advisor, advocate, and liaison between the customer and internal teams. Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our offerings.
- Onboarding new clients, providing product training and guidance to drive early adoption.
- Monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing issues to ensure retention and renewals.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with the Sales team where appropriate.
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve client issues and improve the customer experience.
- Collecting customer feedback and advocating for their needs internally.
- Preparing and leading regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and success planning sessions.
- Tracking customer milestones, usage patterns, and satisfaction levels to assess engagement and success.
Requirements include:
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role is required, preferably in a SaaS environment.
We seek a highly skilled professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, experienced in using CRM and customer success tools, and able to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
