As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our leadership team to ensure seamless execution, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders.

  • Strategic Support & Execution
    • Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and track progress across multiple projects.
    • Drive alignment across product, engineering, AI, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Operations Management
    • Run day-to-day project management: sprints, deliverables, timelines.
    • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve issues.
    • Coordinate between global stakeholders and distributed teams.
  • Business & Growth Support
    • Support client interactions, proposals, investor material, and internal reporting.
    • Research and analyze new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans.
  • Team & Culture
    • Serve as a central point of coordination for hiring, onboarding, and team communication.
    • Help build a culture of accountability, clarity, and fast execution.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments.
  • Tech/healthcare background is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Based in India, with flexibility to work across Europe/India time zones.
