Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This is a unique opportunity to earn a salary based on your skills and qualifications.
Job Description
The Sales Support and Growth Associate will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- • Assisting the Sales & Business Team in creating tailored sales proposals for clients
• Managing proposal deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up on submitted proposals and quotes
• Conducting research on competitor solutions and preparing detailed competitive analyses
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date sales collateral for the sales team
• Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure alignment on sales materials and strategies
Sales Operations & Administration:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records within the CRM system
• Performing administrative duties as assigned by the Business Unit, including coordinating meetings and capturing minutes
Customer Relationship Management:
• Acting as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and support
• Addressing client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating to the Sales Director when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires:
- • An MBA with Sales & Marketing specialization and 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role or function
• Good knowledge of financial services, especially banking and lending sectors
• Demonstrated success in previous roles or assignments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable using various communication tools (email, phone, etc.)
