Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our Chennai team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, helping them optimize their use of our Sales Engagement Platform.

About Klenty:

Klenty is a leading sales engagement platform that enables sales teams to streamline their processes and drive more pipeline. Our multi-channel sequencing, account-based playbooks, and smart automation help sales teams close deals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls and chats, providing friendly and helpful support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using basic log-checking skills.
  • Use creative problem-solving to find innovative solutions for customer challenges.
  • Stay informed about Klenty's product features, updates, and common issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve support processes.
  • Work in rotational shifts to support customers during peak hours.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting techniques and technical issue resolution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product information.
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate and support peers.
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
