Job Description :

This role involves working in a non-voice customer service profile, where you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and issues.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills :

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduation degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

Working Conditions :

You will be based in Chennai and will have access to two-way cabs.

Compensation Package :

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of ₹12,50,000 per annum, which includes benefits such as medical insurance, provident fund, and other perks.
