We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Premium Support team at Chargebee. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers who have subscribed to our premium support offerings, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Chargebee's multi-product suite, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. As an Enterprise Technical Consultant, you will be the go-to expert for our premium customers, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver white-glove service and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via Email / Chat / Phone / Slack, responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Chargebee's products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Document solutions in our knowledge base to enhance customer self-serve capabilities and improve issue resolution efficiency.
  • Participate in product squads, providing valuable feedback from customer interactions to inform product development and improvement.
  • Conduct internal trainings to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an enterprise customer support role, preferably in a premium support team or as a Technical Account Manager.
  • Strong understanding of RestAPIs and ability to run/test API calls.
  • Familiarity with HTML/JS.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Capacity to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
