About the Role

The Application Support Team at Copeland is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the development and support of CPQ applications, working with modern tools such as Microsoft Azure & DevOps.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with Software developers to properly test and release features/bugs.
  • Develop working relationships with Modelling/Development/Marketing teams to gather process/product knowledge.
  • Create and track work items in DevOps boards with Repro Steps and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Create and review test cases and test plans for projects in development.
  • Work with stakeholders to learn business requirements and turn them into user stories.
  • Perform regular product-related data and code moves into the application.
  • Educate world area users and provide technical support.

About You

You promote high visibility of shared contributions towards set goals. You act quickly and significantly in evolving unexpected situations. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in a STEM course.
  • Years of experience.
  • Experience in a FCV team with knowledge of FF/PQT and ERP systems.
  • Sound knowledge of business concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • High learning agility, good interpersonal savvy, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with good presentation skills.
  • Basic SQL Knowledge is preferred but not required.
