Technical Support Specialist

At Team Everest, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to help us resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and team members.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Team Everest operations.
  • Communicate with team members to keep them updated on the status of issues and fixes.
  • Document resolved issues to help the team track progress and avoid similar problems in the future.

  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and explain solutions in a simple way.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure no issues are missed.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team.
  • Support during weekends and holidays to solve queries on time.
