Technical Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Movate. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to network devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues in the first interaction
- Collaborate with international clients to troubleshoot technical issues
- Develop strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP Configurations, LAN, and WAN
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Shift time - US shift (5.30 PM to 9.30 AM within any 9 hours of working inclusive with 1 hour break)
- Cab facility - 2 Ways will be provided within 30km radius from Ambattur.
