Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving hardware and software faults.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, and resolve their queries efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose and solve hardware and software faults.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, products, and services offered by our company.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including tickets, calls, and emails.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good knowledge of computers, electronics, and software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (depending on location and experience).
