Job Description

This position involves providing top-notch support to our merchants and partners by troubleshooting their technical concerns, offering helpful information, answering questions, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining solution articles, reporting recurring technical issues, coordinating with merchants, performing tests on websites or plugins, and monitoring shifts to ensure seamless support operations.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in software development, preferably in PHP and Java. Your strong understanding of web-based applications, e-commerce platforms (such as Magento, OpenCart, and WooCommerce), issue tracking tools (like FreshDesk and Redmine), and version control systems (including Git and SVN) will enable you to provide expert-level support.

Competencies
  • Software Development experience in PHP and Java
  • Strong knowledge of web-based applications and technologies
  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms
  • Proficient in using issue tracking tools and version control systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Prior experience working in distributed teams
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
