Job Overview

This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our company as a Retail Sales Associate in the Tanishq Jewellery showroom Billing Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using billing software
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile cash at the end of each shift
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information as needed
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role preferred
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills

  • Ability to handle cash transactions with integrity and professionalism
  • Customer-oriented and able to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

What We Offer

As a Retail Sales Associate, you can expect a competitive salary range of ₹8.50 - ₹10.00 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
