Job Title: Strategic Retail Sales Director

Location: Coimbatore

Position: Full-Time

Language Skills: English & Tamil are required; Hindi is a plus

Experience: 4+ years in retail management

**Role Overview:**

We're seeking a dynamic Store Sales Manager to lead our retail operations. You'll be responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining SILAII's premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store performance and achieve sales targets
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales team members
  • Oversee daily store operations and maintain brand standards
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies for growth
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management
  • Manage store P&L and operational budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships
  • Plan and execute store marketing initiatives

**Requirements:**

  • Proven retail management experience (3+ years)
  • Strong team leadership and motivation skills
  • Excellence in customer relationship management
  • Experience in luxury/premium retail preferred
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced MS Office and retail software knowledge

The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
