Human Resource Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resource Operations team. As the ideal candidate, you will have 4-6 years of experience in HR operations and shared services, with a strong ability to manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality HR services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of HR services for assigned customers across multiple countries. This includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services, including talent management, workforce management, and compensation & benefits administration.

You will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR solutions within project teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to achieve successful project outcomes, and conduct workshops to understand customer requirements, challenges, and goals.

The selected individual will have expertise in SuccessFactors (Employee Central, SuccessFactors Reporting) and experience with C4C and CRM systems. A Master's degree in human resource or a related field is required.

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant software systems.

  • Proficiency in relevant software systems (C4C, SuccessFactors, SAP).
