Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Major Accountabilities:
  1. Lead the operational conversion of strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal results.
  2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely and accurate information gathering and analysis.
  3. Perform in-depth analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities, making informed decisions to mitigate risks and drive business performance improvement.
  4. Manage financial analysis and decision-making support for investments and projects, ensuring ongoing business performance is monitored and measured, and early warning systems are in place for resource redirection.
  5. Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning processes by providing accurate operational information and advice, while ensuring data integrity and quality.
  6. Lead planning and reporting efforts for large generics businesses/market segments, focusing on quality and accuracy of reported numbers.
  7. Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze and explain major variances to budget, forecasts, previous LOs, and prior year performance, as well as provide Gross-To-Net analysis, calculation, and New Launch Product reporting.
