About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Operations professional to lead our retail business, driving growth, profitability, and excellence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in retail management, franchise relations, property negotiations, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise & Store Expansion: Identify and evaluate potential properties/locations for new stores, manage franchise operations, negotiate and finalize property lease agreements and franchise contracts.
  • Retail Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores, implement operational policies, SOPs, and compliance standards, monitor store performance, sales, and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage regional/store managers and retail teams, drive training and development programs to enhance performance, foster a customer-centric culture across retail outlets.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends, develop and execute retail expansion strategies to maximize market share, monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Financial & Performance Management: Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability, set performance benchmarks and regularly review KPIs, prepare and present business performance reports to management.
