As a leader in made-to-measure retail, you will oversee the store team and drive sales growth by developing strong client relationships and coordinating with operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Deliver strong sales through client consultations and upselling by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Optimize MTM measurement, styling, and order processes to meet customer expectations and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with tailoring and production teams to maintain high-quality standards and meet customer deadlines.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising, stock levels, hygiene, and brand standards of operation.
  • Handle high-end clients and provide exceptional after-sales service to build strong relationships and increase customer loyalty.
  • Report on store targets, appointments, and revenue to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in premium/luxury retail, preferably in menswear.
  • Excellent communication and grooming skills to represent the brand and engage with customers.
  • Strong team leadership and customer handling skills to motivate and support team members.
  • Familiarity with custom clothing processes is an advantage but not essential.
