Retail Operations Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead business transformation initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant operations.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery, and a strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct workshops to identify client business process gaps
- Develop and deliver functional specifications to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and deploy solutions
The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery
- Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools
- Familiarity with analytics platforms is preferred
