About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Business Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, executing customer engagement strategies, analyzing customer data, and supporting the business team in enhancing customer retention and growth initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans, including email campaigns, push notifications, and loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, and churn, and provide actionable insights to the business team.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, providing regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
