Customer Success Representative
This is a role that requires us to engage and preserve existing customers, cultivate profitable relationships, interact with customers via calls and messages, and achieve monthly targets in a highly performance-driven competitive environment.
The ideal candidate for this role should have proficiency in English communication and written skills, a computer science or technical background, prior experience in Edtech B2C sales of at least six months, exceptional communication and influencing skills, result-driven with experience in extremely target-centric jobs, self-learning abilities, and high grasping power.
We are looking for a customer success representative who can deliver sales pitches like a charm, maintain healthy customer relationships, and ensure timely feedback from parents. The selected individual will be responsible for the retention, renewals, and referrals of students. A bachelor's degree in an IT field is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
