Job Title: Senior Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can lead recruitment, guide performance reviews, foster creative culture, and support people operations as we scale. Someone who can take ownership - not just follow checklists.

Requisites:

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate degree
  • 9 years of rich experience
  • Resident of Noida or nearby areas
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relationships and network building

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities
  • Recruitment for relevant profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and consultancies
  • A strong communicator (English fluency mandatory) with notable interpersonal & problem-solving skills
  • Assessing skills for junior positions
  • Designing and updating job descriptions for required profiles
  • Building and maintaining a network with top architecture and design colleges
  • Coordinating campus interviews and other selection activities
  • Good knowledge of workforce and manpower planning
  • Has good command over company policies and policy implementation
  • Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
  • Execute employee annual review procedures
  • Develop strategies to improve engagement and manage programs designed to foster team members
