Program Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager with direct experience in running EdTech programs—someone who has successfully managed students, mentors, and company operations to deliver impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Maintaining classes, timelines, and outcomes on track.
  • Serving as the primary link between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Ensuring students remain engaged, tracking their progress, and intervening if necessary.
  • Supporting mentors to deliver smooth, high-quality sessions.
  • Establishing and refining post-sales processes for an enhanced student journey.
  • Monitoring key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
  • Utilizing data to identify gaps and continually improve programs.
  • Collaborating with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall experience.
  • Early identification and resolution of issues such as dropouts and delays.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in EdTech program management (managing students, mentors, and operational processes).
  • Strong record of solving operational challenges through structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actionable steps.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable across teams.
