Job Description

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will oversee the execution of software engineering projects and programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business units, to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Strategically managing program statuses to guarantee timely completion
  • Maintaining financial forecasts and risk tracking to minimize potential threats
  • Effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency
  • Evaluating process compliance to ensure adherence to internal standards

Deliver exceptional results by adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and implementing best practices within our organization. Provide regular updates to executives and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and key decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or a related technical field
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile principles
